You may have already seen our magazine ads announcing that Johnny Rutherford will be the official spokesperson of Painless Performance.
Anybody who has ever followed racing knows that Johnny, or JR, was one of the greatest race car drivers ever to get behind the wheel. He won the Indianapolis 500 not once but three times, in 1974, 1976 and 1980 - one of only eight drivers to have won the 500 more than twice. His extraordinary career also included 27 Indy car victories, a USAC Sprint Car Championship and USAC and CART National Driving Championships. JR is a winner. Since JR, like all of us at Painless, is a Fort Worth resident, it was natural we would get together. He is an avid street rodder and is currently building a four-door '34 Ford. He may be one of the few celebrity endorses who actually uses the products he endorses.
JR will be featured in upcoming magazine and TV spots for Painless around the theme "The Winning Combination".
