So I bought the 12 circut kit with 8 switch panel. Got everything wired up good. Checked, double checked leads, and grounds. Regardless if the master ignition switch is on or off, or the key is on or off, I can start my car. It always has a hot lead. Dont know where from, any suggestions.

You need to make sure the red #734 from the switch panel is attached to the red #834 from the ignition switch section of the chassis harness and the same for the orange #733 in the switch panel to the orange #833 in the chassis harness, and again with the pink #731 it goes to the pink #831 in the chassis harness, and the same for the brown #732 from the panel, it goes to the brown #832 in the chassis harness. also the purple #719 from the switch panel, it goes to the purple #819 in the chassis harness.

If these connections are right in the plug then you should have to switch on your “IGN ON” rocker to get power to the starter button and the other rockers. If these connection are right and you have power to the starter button and the other switches with the “IGN” rocker in the “off” position then you must have a wire that is coming from one of the rockers that was intended to deliver power to some component connected to something that is feeding it power. So instead of delivering power to something, you are getting power from something on that wire and it's causing a feed back situation through the panel then feeding power backwards through rockers in the panel.

Hope this helped. If you still need more assistance call us 1-800-423-9696. Out techs are here to help!
