The painless manuel is asking for " +12VDC Dedicated / Switched (from acc of ignition switch") for the speedometer

Well I don't have a keyed ignition switch----I was going to take +12VDC from a On / Off switch (for the ignition) or a separate on / off switch to share the instruments including the 16 pulse Speedometer.. Are there any issues if I do such??

ops, wrong forum----I should have gone to "Classic Guages" they ask for the acc switched 12VDC+
