Rat Rod / Nostalgia Chassis Harness

A harness to address basic needs of wiring for a basic hot rod. It consists of all black wire that is color striped and printed for identification along it's complete length. Black wires make the harness less conspicuous in open cars. This 8 circuit harness has all the basic needs: headlights, tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, hazards, horn, gauges, wipers, radio, electric choke and one accessory circuit.

PAINLESS GAUGE CONTROLLER    

This controller is the easy way to interface aftermarket gauges with the late model GM LS engines. The CAN (Control Area Network) buss found on today's newer vehicles has a large amount of information regarding the engine and transmission. To use aftermarket gauges on these vehicles it is necessary to add additional sending units for each gauge. Why do this when all this data is available at the OBDII port ? By using this Gauge controller it eliminates the redundancy of adding additional sensors to your engine and it allows full programmability of whichever aftermarket companies gauges that have been purchased.

 GM GEN IV TACH DRIVER

The Gen IV Tach Driver converts the crank signal From any 2007 and up General Motors Gen IV 58X crank Wheel V8 engine to a signal readable by most aftermarket Tachometers. This gereration of ECM's do not have a tach output.  Simple four wire hookup with power, ground, signal in and signal out. No cutting of fuel injection wire harness required. The Tach Driver will work with any aftermarket tachometer that is 12 volt negative driven.

PAINLESS HEAVY DUTY DIGITAL POWER MANAGER

The Digital Power Manager is a weatherproof solid state dual battery control unit that automatically engages an auxiliary battery when a large enough load is place on the vehicle’s main battery. The unit will not allow the electrical loads on the main start battery to drain the auxiliary battery resulting in a stranded situation for the driver. This system uses our High Amp Jump start solenoid to allow every possible amp to be used to restart the vehicle. It will allow charging of the auxiliary battery only after the main is fully charged. No manual switching or second guessing with this system.

This stand alone transmission controller handles the four speed overdrive GM electronically controlled 4L60E / 4L65E and the 4L80E / 4L85E transmissions and can be used with any fuel injected or carbureted application, gas or diesel. It uses laptop interface to calibrate shift points and line pressures.

A VSS output is included for EFI swaps and aftermarket speedometers. This controller allows for paddle shifting and has two separate shift tables for both street and performance shifting. These are currently available! Ford and Chrysler applications will be available in the future.

 The Painless Phantom Key allows for total replacement of most current ignition switches. Simply remove your existing ignition switch, install the backlit stainless push button and allow the Phantom Key’s Module/Relay center to do all the work for you.

The system is activated when your key fob is within 20 feet of the vehicle, the fobs can be programmed to energize the remote locks if your vehicle is so equipped, either manually or automatically.  The LED backlit is available in white, blue, red, green, orange and yellow to go with your interior.
