C.S.I Universal Engine Harness |

The C.S.I. harness is a universal weather-proof engine harness providing wiring to accommodate the Charging, Starting, and Ignition of just about any non fuel injected engine. The C.S.I. harness is the Painless solution to repairing damaged wiring on your carbureted engine or for cleaning up the clutter and taking the guess work away from those swapping from fuel injection to a carb. For installations of a mechanical throttle body LS1 / LS6 engine with a 4L60E or T-56 transmission. These engines and transmissions were factory equipped in 1999 - 2002 Chevrolet Camaro. This harness may also be used when a throttle by wire LS1 or LS6 from a Corvette is converted to mechanical throttle. This kit includes a custom flashed, with your specifications, Powertrain Control Module and the 60508 harness which includes all connections for fuel injection and transmission operation: ECM, TPS, IAC, CTS, IAT, MAF, MAP, Injectors, Coils, CMP, CKP, Knock, VSS, Transmission, Front Bank 1 & 2 O2 Sensors. Harness incorporates its own 8 circuit fuseblock with ignition relays and connection to factory style fuel pump relay. Harness does not include any emissions related connections. This standard length harness allows four feet from the back of the intake manifold to where the fuseblock and ECM mount. Digital Power Manager |

The Digital Power Manager uses a weatherproof solid state control unit to automatically engage an auxiliary battery when a large enough load is placed on the vehicles main battery. The unit will not allow the electrical loads on the vehicle to drain the start battery resulting in a stranded situation for the driver. It only allows the charging of the auxillary battery after the main battery is fully charged by the alternator. This solid state dual battery controller eliminates manual switching or any second guessing when using a secondary battery in any vehicle with a 12 volt system. The unit is capable of switching up to 280 amperes of DC current for large loads such as winches or even when jumpstarting another vehicle. Ideal for any vehicle equipped with high power stereo systems, high amp driving lights or winches.. Included in the kit is the weather proof Digital Power Manager, 6 gauge connection cables, terminals, heat shrink, mounting hardware and a remote indicator light. |

68 mm PERFECT Hi-Velocity Throttle Body For 4.0L Jeep |

PERFECT Hi-Velocity Throttle Bodies are designed using state of the art CAD systems to provide the ultimate solution to EFI air flow control. 6061-T6 aluminum billet construction on full CNC machining systems create the largest bores possible in the factory mounting envelope without sacrificing strength or durability like a modified casting. These Throttle Bodies will fit all Jeep 4.0L engines model years 1991 through 2005 from any Jeep vehicle and are fully compatable with the stock ecm's as well. 2006 was a change over year and may have a two wire IAC. If so, then our throttle body will not work for those vehicles. Only modification to be made is to slightly open up the intake manifolds from 62mm to 68mm. The PERFECT Hi-Velocity's patented permanent two piece construction provides the largest inlet for each throttle body while still maintaining a tapered approach to the throttle blade, flowing more air than a straight bore. The 17-4 precipitation hardened stainless steel profiled throttle shaft used in these throttle bodies is tough enough to withstand all forms of on and off-road racing. Due to the strength of the stainless steel the shaft can be halved and profiled to present minimal resistance to flow at WOT, out flowing the competition's full round profile shaft. The PERFECT Hi-Velocity Throttle Body also uses only high strength sealed ball bearings with high temperature grease to assure a lifetime of operation under all conditions. The dual wound stainless steel springs assure long service and excellent throttle control through the careful selection of spring rate for each application. The throttle blade is made from thin but tough .05" thick 5052 aluminum, elliptically profiled for quick response and clean shut-off. The 0.100" thick laser cut steel linkage is designed to handle any driving condition and style and replicates all of the factory cable mounting positions. All PERFECT throttle bodies are designed with pressurization and nitrous use in mind, using materials and tolerances compatible with modern power-adders! These throttle bodies come as complete kits, allowing fast installation without modifying the factory cables, controls or brackets. The anodized finish will provide a lifetime of "PERFECT" looks.
